摘要
全球教育治理在不断加速和深化的同时,也显露出一定的逆全球化态势,而突发的新冠肺炎疫情则将该现象推向了顶峰。在此期间,国际组织的治理话语趋于式微,单边主义的治理倾向增添壁垒,日趋增加的治理风险引发间隙。全球教育治理的内在逻辑要求其实现从逆全球化到再全球化的转向,指向再全球化的全球教育治理需要在理念上基于在地性、回归多边性、坚守安全性,并在行动路径上建立循环反哺的实践机制、完善长效联动的协同机制、健全突发事件的应对机制。
While the global education governance is accelerating and deepening,it also shows a certain trend of de-globalization,and the sudden COVID-19 epidemic has pushed this phenomenon to its peak.During this period,the governance discourse of international organizations is declining,and the unilateralist governance meets barriers,and the increasing risk of governance have created gaps.The internal logic of global education governance requires it to shift from de-globalization to re-globalization in the subsequent process.Global education governance that points to re-globalization needs to be based on locality,return to multilateralism,and adhere to security.It also needs to establish a practice mechanism of circular feedback on the path of action,improve the coordination mechanism of long-term linkage,and improve the response mechanism of emergencies.
