摘要 近年来,随着“懒人经济”和“烹饪小白”等理念的兴起,预制食品以方便快捷的优势,获得了消费者的欢迎,市场规模持续扩大。以湖南省预制菜产业为研究对象,从湖南地域特点以及湘菜产业规模的角度出发,分析湖南省发展预制菜产业的优势。同时聚焦于产品安全控制、专业生产设备以及人才培育维度,对湖南省预制菜产业发展中存在的问题进行深入分析,并提出相应的对策建议,以期为预制菜产业的健康发展提供借鉴。 In recent years,with the rise of concepts such as the“lazy economy”and“cooking novices”,prefabricated food has gained popularity among consumers due to its convenient and fast advantages,and the market size continues to expand.Taking the pre made vegetable industry in Hunan province as the research object,this paper analyzes the advantages of developing the pre made vegetable industry in Hunan province from the perspective of regional characteristics and the scale of Hunan’s vegetable industry.At the same time,focusing on product safety control,professional production equipment,and talent cultivation dimensions,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the development of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Hunan province,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the healthy development of the prefabricated vegetable industry.
