摘要 随着我国工业化、城市化进程加速导致的生活节奏加快,以及大众消费方式的改变,预制菜逐渐成大众新宠,为预制菜产业化发展带来机遇。广东省预制菜产业化刚刚起步,存在产业链短、数智化程度低、产业融合度低、品牌效应弱、创新能力不足等问题,需要通过“全产业链构建、产业融合发展、数智化升级、品牌平台化建设以及标准化与定制化发展”等路径加快预制菜产业化发展,以推动农业及加工业、服务业特别是文旅业三产融创升级,进而优化城乡供需匹配,助推城乡融合、乡村振兴。 With the acceleration of the pace of life caused by the industrialization and urbanization process in China,and the change of consumption pattern caused by the spread of COVID-19,prefabricated dishes have become a new favorite among citizens,which brings opportunities for the industrialization of prefabricated dishes.However,the industrialization of prefabricated vegetables in Guangdong Province has just started,and there are many problems such as short industrial chain,low degree of digital intelligence,weak industrial integration,weak brand effect and low innovation ability.It is necessary to speed up the development of prefabricated dishes industrialization through the path including whole industry chain construction,industrial integration development,digital intelligence upgrading,brand platform construction,as well as standardization and customization development,so as to promote the integration and upgrading of agriculture and its processing industry and service industry especially Cultural Tourism,and optimize the matching of urban and rural supply and demand,and promote urban-rural integration and rural revitalization.
