高层次学徒制人才培养模式的构成要素、基本特征与实践路径——基于扎根理论的质性研究 被引量:7

The Constituent Elements, Basic Characteristics and Practice Path of High-Level Apprenticeship Talent Training Model——Qualitative Research Based on Grounded Theory

摘要 高层次学徒制人才培养模式在本科教育阶段实施,以培养卓越工程师、大国工匠和高技能人才为目标。对52位现代学徒制理论研究领域的专家、学者及试点专业实践专家进行访谈和质性分析,发现我国高层次学徒制人才培养模式的构成要素集中体现为人才培养目标定位、课程体系、教学方式、实习实训基地、师资队伍、学业质量评价、校企协同。这些要素的理想状态折射出高层次学徒制人才培养模式的基本特征为:将培养目标定位于培养高层次人才,强调课程体系的学术性、职业性、技术性融合,要求教学组织和教师采取工学交替的教学方式,注重打造再现复杂工作场景的实习实训基地,追求建设高水平的“双导师”师资队伍,彰显育人主体的校企协同性。为了更好地推行高层次学徒制人才培养模式,还应继续健全校企双主体协同育人的体制机制、明确人才培养的目标定位、构建系统化的工作本位课程体系、强化培养过程的质量监控、健全“双导师”的协同育人制度。 The high-level apprenticeship talent training model is a typical modern apprenticeship talent training model implemented in China at the undergraduate education stage,with the goal of culti⁃vating outstanding engineers,craftsmen and high-skilled talents.Based on interviews and qualitative analysis of 52 experts,scholars and pilot professional practice experts in the field of modern appren⁃ticeship theory,it is found that the constituent elements of China’s high-level apprenticeship talent training model are mainly reflected in the talent training target positioning,curriculum system,teach⁃ing methods,internship training base,teaching staff,academic quality evaluation,and school-enter⁃prise collaboration.The ideal state of these elements reflects the basic characteristics of the high-level apprenticeship talent training model:the training goal is positioned to cultivate high-level talents,em⁃phasizing the academic,vocational and technical integration of the curriculum system,requiring teach⁃ing organizations and teachers to adopt the teaching method of alternating engineering and learning,fo⁃cusing on building an internship and training base that reproduces complex work scenes,pursuing the construction of a high-level“double tutor”teaching team,and highlighting the school-enterprise syn⁃ergy of the main body of education.In order to better implement the high-level apprenticeship talent training model,we should continue to improve the system and mechanism of school-enterprise dualsubject collaborative education,clarify the target positioning of talent training,build a systematic work-based curriculum system,strengthen the quality control of the training process,and improve the collaborative education system of“double tutors”.
