摘要
高校与城市的关系是一个历久弥新的重要课题,也是区域协调发展的重要主题。共轭具有合作与制衡、互惠与平等的思想内涵,可以从不同层面解释高校与城市的关系。高校与城市的共轭趋向形成帕累托最优状态,其核心是场域、动力、价值:共轭场域决定了高校与城市的空间位置,认为高校与城市两个系统是可以超越地理范畴和一般意义的"对称"关系;共轭动力体现高校与城市关系对社会发展的影响,是高校与城市发展的动因所在,是驱动社会发展的运行规则和工作方式;共轭价值是多元和递进的,终极价值是社会可持续发展。对高校和城市共轭关系进行梳理和分析,可以为我国区域协同发展提供具有启示意义的指引。
The relationship between universities and cities is an important topic with a long history,and also an important theme of regional coordinated development.Conjugate theory has the ideological connotation of cooperation and balance,reciprocity and equality,which can explain the relationship between universities and cities at different levels.The conjugate trend of university and city forms Pareto optimal state,whose core is field,power and value;The conjugate field determines the spatial position of the university and the city.It is considered that the two systems can transcend the geographical category and the general sense of the"symmetrical"relationship;Conjugate power reflects the impact of the relationship between universities and cities on social development,which is the driving force of the development of universities and cities,and the operating rules and working methods of driving social development;Conjugate value is pluralistic and progressive,and the ultimate value is social sustainable development.Combing and analyzing the conjugacy relationship between universities and cities can provide an enlightening guidance for China’s regional collaborative development.
