高等教育区域协调发展的判别准绳及分析框架构建研究——基于资源的视角 被引量:4

摘要 在高等教育区域协调发展内涵厘定基础上,就资源基础理论维度、教育内外部关系规律维度,以及区域非均衡发展理论维度,分别提出不同理论观照下的高等教育区域协调发展判别准绳,进而从内部协调、外部协调相统合的层面,明确构建以'高等教育资源水平为观测点,集两个判别维度、四个识别内容和四个测度点于一体'的高等教育区域协调发展分析架构,一定程度上可为我国高等教育区域协调发展的实践推进提供参考。 On the basis of defining the connotation of regional coordinated higher education’s development,this paper puts forward the criteria for distinguishing regional coordinated development of Higher Education under different theoretical considerations in terms of the theoretical dimension of resource-based development,the law dimension of internal and external relations of education,and the theoretical dimension of regional unbalanced development,and then from the level of internal coordination and external coordination integration.The analysis framework of regional coordinated development of higher education,which takes the level of higher education resources as the observation point and integrates two discriminant dimensions,four identifying contents and four measuring points,is clearly constructed.To some extent,it can provide reference for the practice of regional coordinated development of higher education in China.
