中国式职业教育现代化的逻辑理路、发展图景与实践路径 被引量:6

摘要 党的二十大报告提出了“三教协同、三融一优化”的战略要求,为中国式职业教育现代化建设指明方向。通过构建分析框架发现,我国遵循把优化职业教育类型定位视为建设重点的逻辑理路,将职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇作为优化职业教育类型定位的设计基础、行动特征与拓展模式。在职业教育改革过程中,我国主要从协同化整体架构、多样化改革重点、双融化育人模式、特色化标准框架、共生化治理方案等多方面出发,规划中国式职业教育现代化建设的发展图景。为推进中国式职业教育现代化,具体实践路径是:树立类型观念,构建政策保障制度;破除思维定式,营造长效制度氛围;汇集社会力量,凝聚多元承载主体;改变传统思维,定位科学评价尺度;厘清责权界限,夯实有效治理基础。 The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic requirements of“three education coordination,three integration and one optimization”,pointing out the direction for the construction of Chinese-style vocational education modernization.By constructing an analysis framework,it was found that China follows the logical path of prioritizing the positioning of vocational education types,and takes the integration of vocational education,industry and education,and science and education as the design basis,action characteristics,and expansion models for optimizing the positioning of vocational education types.In the process of vocational education reform,China mainly plans the development landscape of Chinese-style vocational education modernization from multiple aspects such as a collaborative overall structure,diversified reform priorities,dual melting education model,distinctive standard framework,and collaborative governance plan.To promote the Chinese-style vocational education modernization,it is necessary to establish a concept of types and construct a policy guarantee system;break away from fixed thinking patterns and creating a long-term institutional atmosphere;gather social forces and consolidate diverse carriers;change traditional thinking and positioning scientific evaluation scales;clarify the boundaries of responsibilities and powers,and consolidate the foundation of effective governance.
