摘要
目的分析口服优思悦与子宫内放置曼月乐对子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyp,EMP)患者宫腔镜术后复发率的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月东莞市第八人民医院经宫腔镜术诊治的100例EMP患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为优思悦组和曼月乐组,每组50例。优思悦组给予口服优思悦,曼月乐组在子宫内放入曼月乐。对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗1、3个月后,两组子宫内膜厚度均下降,且曼月乐组子宫内膜比优思悦组更薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3个月后,两组月经量减少,且曼月乐组患者月经量明显少于优思悦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组性激素水平均下降,且曼月乐患者的性激素水平远少于优思悦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。曼月乐组治疗期间EMP复发率(2.00%)及不良反应率(10.00%)均低于优思悦组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891、4.762,P<0.05)。结论EMP患者行宫腔镜术后子宫内放置曼月乐可有效抑制子宫内膜的生长,改善月经情况和性激素水平,降低EMP复发率并减少不良反应发生率。
Objective To analyse the effect of oral drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets and intrauterine Mirena placement on the recurrence rate after hysteroscopy in patients with endometrial polyp(EMP).Methods 100 patients with EMP who underwent hysteroscopy at the Eighth People's Hospital of Dongguan City from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into the Yousiyue group and the Manyuele group using random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The Yousiyue group was given oral Yousiyue,while the Manyuele group was placed in the uterus with Manyuele.Compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the thickness of the endometrium in both groups decreased,and the endometrium in the Manyuele group was thinner than that in the Yousiyue group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 to 3 months of treatment,the menstrual flow in both groups reduced,and the menstrual flow in the Manyuele group was significantly less than that in the Yousiyue group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sex hormones in both groups decreased,and the levels of sex hormones in patients with Manyule group were much lower than those in the Yousiyue group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate(2.00%)and adverse reaction rate(10.00%)of EMP in the Manyuelo group during treatment were lower than those in the Yousiyue group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,4.762,P<0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine Mirena placement in EMP patients after hysteroscopy can effectively inhibit endometrial growth,improve menstrual conditions and sex hormone levels,reduce the recurrence rate of EMP and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions.
