摘要
目的应用八珍益母胶囊联合优思悦治疗早孕流产,观察其临床疗效及预后,并评估对女性内膜修复的保护作用。方法选择2017年1月—2018年10月期间收治的早孕流产患者102例,随机分为对照组和研究组,两组各51例,对照组进行人工流产术治疗,术后给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)(优思悦),研究组在对照组基础上应用八珍益母胶囊进行治疗。分别于术后1周和2周观察两组患者临床疗效,术后1周采用月经失血图(PBAC)评估阴道出血量、采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估腹痛状况;术后2周评估患者子宫内膜厚度变化,检测患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平;评估患者阴道停止流血时间、腹痛缓解时间、月经恢复正常时间及子宫内膜恢复时间。结果研究组患者术后1周总有效率为92.16%(47/51),高于对照组80.39%(41/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后阴道停止流血时间、腹痛缓解时间、月经恢复正常时间、子宫内膜恢复时间及术后1周阴道出血PBAC评分和腹痛VAS评分分别为(6.32±1.13)d、(3.25±0.79)d、(33.50±4.61)d、(41.32±6.24)d、(2.50±0.88)分和(1.66±0.65)分,低于对照组(8.59±1.04)d、(4.86±0.83)d、(39.42±4.23)d、(46.28±5.71)d、(4.64±0.97)分和(2.75±0.63)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后2周子宫内膜厚度为(5.30±0.41)mm,高于对照组(4.28±0.39)mm,研究组血清CRP浓度为(18.40±1.39)g/L,低于对照组(21.31±1.58)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用八珍益母胶囊联合优思悦治疗早孕流产,临床疗效显著,能够显著改善患者阴道出血和腹部疼痛,促进子宫内膜和月经的恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect and prognosis of Bazhen Yimu Capsules combined with Yousiyue on women after abortion in early pregnancy and on the endometrial repair.Methods 102 patients with abortion in early pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January,2017 to October,2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was given Drospirenone/Ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)after artificial abortion.The study group was additionally given Bazhen Yimu Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Clinical effect was observed at the end of the 1st week and 2nd weeks after the operation.One week after the operation,pictorial blood assessment chart(PBAC)was used to assess the vaginal bleeding volume and visual analog scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the abdominal pain.Two weeks after the operation,the change in endometrial thickness was evaluated and C-reactive protein(CRP)was measured.The time of the stop of vaginal bleeding,relief of abdominal pain,recovery of menstruation,and endometrial recovery was assessed.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 92.16%(47/51)one week after operation,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.39%)(41/51),with significance(P<0.05).The time of the stop vaginal bleeding,relief of abdominal pain,recovery of menstruation,and endometrial recovery,and the PBAC score of vaginal bleeding and the VAS score of abdominal pain one week after operation in the study group were,respectively,(6.32±1.13)d,(3.25±0.79)d,(33.50±4.61)d,(41.32±6.24)d,(2.50±0.88)and(1.66±0.65),which was lower than those in the control group(8.59±1.04)d,(4.86±0.83)d,(39.42±4.23)d,(46.28±5.71)d,(4.64±0.97)and(2.75±0.63),with significance(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in the study group two weeks after operation were(5.30±0.41)mm,which was higher than that in the control group(4.28±0.39)mm;the serum CRP concentration of the study group was(18.40±1.39)g/L,which was lower than that in the cont
