摘要
目的:观察雌二醇凝胶促进人工流产术后子宫内膜修复及预防宫腔粘连的效果。方法:选取人工流产术后402例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各201例。对照组术后采用益母草颗粒治疗,观察组术后采用雌二醇凝胶治疗。比较两组阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间、宫腔粘连发生率、治疗前后子宫内膜厚度和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组阴道出血时间和月经复潮时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫腔粘连发生率为4.48%(9/201),低于对照组的16.42%(33/201),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雌二醇凝胶用于人工流产术后患者,能缩短阴道出血时间和月经复潮时间,降低宫腔粘连发生率,改善子宫内膜厚度,效果优于益母草颗粒治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Estradiol gel in promotion of endometrial repair and in prevention of intrauterine adhesions after artificial abortion.Methods:402 patients undergoing artificial abortion were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,201 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Motherwort granules after the surgery,while the observation group was treated with Estradiol gel.The vaginal bleeding time,the menstrual recovery time,the incidence of intrauterine adhesions,the endometrial thickness before and after the treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The vaginal bleeding time and the menstrual recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was 4.48%(9/201),which was lower than 16.42%(33/201)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Estradiol gel for the the patients after artificial abortion can shorten the vaginal bleeding time and the menstruation recovery,reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesions,and improve the endometrial thickness Moreover,it is superior to Motherwort granules treatment.
