摘要
目的:探讨少腹逐瘀颗粒用于产后恢复的作用及应用价值。方法:选择2014年10月—2015年10月医院接诊的1050例正常顺产的产妇,按照随机数字机表法分为观察组(530例)和对照组(520例),两组产妇在生产后均使用缩宫素进行肌肉注射,观察组在注射缩宫素3天后给予少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗,对照组不使用少腹逐瘀颗粒。观察两组产妇治疗半个月后阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、转经时间、转经后经期时间及宫缩乏力、胎膜残留、产褥期感染的发生。结果:治疗半个月后,观察组阴道出血时间(9.10±2.51)d短于对照组(12.31±3.20)d,阴道出血量少量76.23%(404/530)的患者多于对照组23.65%(123/520),相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组转经时间(32.18±2.51)d短于对照组(35.90±3.13)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫缩乏力、胎膜残留、产褥期感染发生率[6.04%(32/530),3.96%(21/530),1.89%(10/530)]均少于对照组[34.04%(177/520),21.92%(114/520),20.00%(104/520)],差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀颗粒在孕妇产后恢复中可减少阴道出血时间和出血量,降低宫缩乏力、胎膜残留、产褥期感染的发生率,应用价值高。
Objective ： To investigate the effect and application value of Shaofu Zhuyu Granule on postpartum recovery. Methods ： A total of 1050 cases of normal birth women from October 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital, according to the random number table method, were divided into observation group （530 cases） and control group （520 eases）. Two groups both used oxytocin muscle injection. The observation group 3 days after the injection used the Shaofu Zhuyu Gran- ule and the control group did not use. Observe two groups＇ vaginal bleeding time and vaginal bleeding volume, the period of time and uterine atony, fetal membranes residue, puerperal infection half a month after the treatment. Results ： Half a month after the treatment, the time of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was （9.10± 2.51 ） d shorter than the con- trol group＇ s （ 12.31 ± 3.20） d, a small amount of vaginal bleeding 76.23 % （404/530） of the patients was more than the control group＇s 23.65% （123/520）. There was statistical significance（P 〈0.05 ）. The observation group＇s （32.18 2. 51 ） d was shorter than the control group＇s （35.90 3.13）d and there was statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. The ob- servation group＇s uterine atony, fetal membranes residue and puerperal infection incidence [ 6.04% （32/530） and 3.96% （21/530）, 1.89% （10/530） ] were less than those of the control group [ 34.04% （ 177/520）, 21.92% （ 114/ 520） ,20. 00% （104/520）]. There was statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Shaofu Zhuyu Granule on post- partum recovery can reduce vagina bleeding time and bleeding volume, reduce uterine atony, fetal membranes residue and the incidence of puerperal infection, with application value.
