摘要
高职教育的发展与技术驱动的产业升级具有密切的互动关系,智能技术革命为高职教育后发者提供利用技术创新实现跨越式赶超的难得良机。我国高职教育发展中所呈现的过程、需求和制度特征反映了其处于后发追赶阶段。在此阶段,我国高职教育面临内源性后发劣势、外源性后发劣势和继发性后发劣势。智能时代我国高职教育可以采用通过“智能+”、服务“智能+”和借势“智能+”的发展逻辑破解多重后发劣势以实现跨越式追赶。具体而言,我国高职教育应通过嵌入外部创新网络增加高职智能教育办学资源,以统筹共建思维创新高职教育产教融合范式,利用高职智慧教育平台赋能人才培养模式突破。
There is a close interaction between the development of higher vocational education and technolo-gy-driven industrial upgrading.The intelligent technology revolution provides latecomers in higher vocational educa-tion with a rare opportunity to catch up by leaps and bounds with technological innovation.The process,demands and institutional characteristics in the development of higher vocational education in China reflect that it is in the post-development and catch-up stage.At this stage,higher vocational education in China is facing endogenous post-development disadvantages,exogenous post-development disadvantages and secondary post-development disadvan-tages.In the era of intelligence,higher vocational education in China can crack multiple disadvantages of latecom-ers through the development logic of"intelligence+",service“intelligence+”and taking advantage of“intelli-gence+”,so as to realize leapfrog catch-up.Specifically,higher vocational education in China should increase the resources of higher vocational intelligent education by embedding an external innovation network,in order to coordi-nate and co-construct the thinking innovation in higher vocational education integration paradigm of production and education,and empower the talent training mode breakthrough by using the intelligent education platform of higher vocational education.
