摘要
不同于传统技术技能视域的职业教育发展观,徐平利在《从就业谋生到美好人生——职业教育漫话》一书中从“意义”视域对职业教育作了深入思考,他认为“意义”为人类所独有,职业教育在本质上是有“意义”的生命现象,然而在强势的精英主义“意义文化”中遭到了排斥。必须给职业教育进行“意义赋值”,重视职业教育的“提升功能”,转变职业教育的学生观与教师观,倡导职业教育的生活课程和场景教学改革。
Xu Pingli made an in-depth reflection on vocational education from the perspective of“significance”in his book named“From Employment to a Better Life:Some Thoughts Concerning Vocational Education”,which is different from the traditional view of technology and skills.He believed that“significance”is unique to human beings and vocational education is a life phenomenon with“significance”in essence.However,it was rejected in the strong elitist culture.We must increase the“significance”of vocational education,pay attention to its“promotion function”,change its view of students and teachers,and advocate its reform of“life curriculum”and“teaching in context”.
