人工智能视域下“双师型”教师职业能力提升路径 被引量:1

The Path of Enhancing the Professional Competence of“Double-Qualified”Teachers in the Context of Artificial Intelligence

摘要 人工智能改变了职业教育教学的课堂样态,要求重构“双师型”教师职业能力以适应高素质技术技能人才的培养诉求。通过解构“双师型”教师职业能力,发现传统“双师型”教师职业能力主要由专业教学能力、科学研究能力、实践发展能力和社会服务能力构成。这一职业能力结构不能较好适应智能化时代职业教育发展新要求。着眼人工智能视角,重构“双师型”教师职业能力应突出其教育技术应用能力、教育教学组织能力、实践技能创新能力、人机交互协作能力。“双师型”教师职业能力提升策略包括开展智能素养培训活动,创新职业教育教学模式,共建校企内外实践基地,革新职业教育知识结构。 Artificial intelligence has changed the classroom model of vocational education teaching,requiring a reconfiguration of the professional competencies of“double-qualified”teachers to meet the demands of cultivating high-quality technically skilled personnel.By deconstructing the professional competencies of“double-qualified”teachers,it is found that the professional competencies of traditional“double-qualified”teachers mainly consist of professional teaching competencies,scientific research competencies,practical development competencies and social service competencies.This structure of professional competencies is not well adapted to the new requirements for the development of vocational education in the era of intelligence.From the perspective of artificial intelligence,the reconstruction of“double-qualified”teachers’professional ability should highlight their abilities in educational technology application,educational and teaching organization,practical skills innovation and human-computer interaction and cooperation.Strategies to enhance the professional competency of“double-qualified”teachers include developing intelligent literacy training activities,innovating the teaching mode of vocational education,building practical bases inside and outside schools and enterprises,and innovating the knowledge structure of vocational education.
