摘要
新工科的产生与发展势必对未来的高等教育改革产生深刻的意义,面向未来,在新工科指引下,防灾减灾专业研究生培养,为实现创新型卓越工程师科技人才培养目标,在高校一线教学中积极探索研究生实践创新能力培养模式。针对目前陆地交通地质灾害防治技术国家工程研究中心的研究生培养现状,基于该中心特有的大国重器,结合国家重大工程,提出以国家平台支撑,重大项目引领,推进多学科融合,探索一种新型的交通防灾研究生创新能力培养模式,为交通强国提供强有力的创新型人才储备。
The emergence and development of“new engineering”will inevitably have a profound significance on the future reform of higher education.Facing the future,under the guidance of“new engineering”,the postgraduate training of disaster prevention and mitigation majors,in order to realize the goal of cultivating innovative engineers of excellence in scientific and technological talents,will actively explore the mode of cultivating postgraduates’practical innovation ability in front-line teaching in colleges and universities.In view of the current situation of postgraduate training in the National Engineering Research Center for Geological Disaster Prevention Technology in Land Transportation,based on the unique great power of the center,combined with the national major projects,it is proposed to support by the national platform,led by the major projects,promote the integration of multidisciplinary,and explore a new type of postgraduate training mode of innovation ability in transportation disaster prevention,so as to provide a strong reserve of innovative talents for the strong nation of transportation.
