摘要
工科研究生创新能力是更高要求的工程实践能力。本文以探索工科研究生创新能力培养的可操作性方案为目标,提出工科研究生创新能力培养的要素有:研究生深度参与科研、重视提高学生的基础理论水平、学术研讨和学术报告的制度化、加强团队合作和组织能力的培养以及导师的作用。
Graduate engineering students' innovation capacity is essentially a practical ability to apply their engineering knowledge and skills. The main factors in cultivating such an ability include in-depth participation in research, solid theoretical training, systematic academic exchange and publication, effective organization, and team work with strong supervisor support.
