摘要
以学科竞赛为载体,提升工科大学生创新创业能力是当前高校“双创”教育改革的重要途径。然而,在实施过程中,由于经济社会的快速发展和学生价值取向的动态变化,学科竞赛提升“双创”效能的作用发挥受到一定影响。南京林业大学土木工程学院从顶层设计出发,拓展学科建设布局,优化奖励引导机制,加强指导队伍建设,挖掘有效社会资源,完善学科竞赛管理体系,从而显著提升以赛育人、以赛提能实效,为优化依托学科竞赛提升工科大学生创新创业能力的人才培养方式提供有效路径。
Using subject competitions as a carrier to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of engineering students is an important way for the educational reform.However,due to the rapid development of the society economy and the dynamic changes in students'values,the role of subject competitions in enhancing the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship has been somewhat affected.Starting from the top-level design,College of Civil Engineering,Nanjing Forestry University expands the layout of disciplinary construction,optimizes the reward and guidance mechanism,strengthens the construction of guidance teams,excavates effective social resources,and improves the management system of disciplinary competitions.This significantly improves the effectiveness of cultivating students through competitions and enhancing their innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,providing an effective path for optimizing the talent cultivation method of engineering college students relying on disciplinary competitions to enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.
