摘要
目的:分析河北省专业三级跳远运动员的营养评价及膳食干预效果。方法:采用定量和定性相结合的方法,对运动员的营养状况进行全面评估,并据此设计科学合理的膳食干预方案。研究结果表明:运动员在碳水化合物、蛋白质、维生素和矿物质的摄入方面存在不足,膳食干预后的摄入调整有助于提高运动员的身体健康和运动表现。建议:加强运动员营养知识的培训和教育,提供更多关于运动营养的知识,调整营养摄入,以满足特殊需求。
The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth study on the nutritional evaluation and dietary intervention effect of professional triple jump athletes in Hebei Province.By combining quantitative and qualitative methods,a comprehensive evaluation of the nutritional status of athletes was conducted,and a scientifically reasonable dietary intervention plan was designed.The research results show that athletes have insufficient intake of carbohydrates,proteins,vitamins,and minerals,but adjusting their intake after dietary intervention can help improve their physical health and performance.It is recommended to strengthen the training and education of athletes'nutrition knowledge,provide more knowledge about sports nutrition,and adjust nutrition intake to meet special needs.
