摘要
随着现代篮球运动的迅速发展,篮球比赛对抗日趋激烈,经科学论证的营养补充策略对于篮球运动员提高运动表现、耐受大强度训练、预防运动损伤和加快体能恢复均有重要作用.通过分析篮球运动的项目特征以及能量代谢特点,综述国内外该领域研究进展,认为篮球运动员应该坚持高碳水化合物为主的全面平衡膳食.在此基础上,针对性应用运动营养补剂,以期为教练员和篮球运动员提供借鉴和参考.
With the rapid development of modern basketball sport,the confrontation of basketball competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Scientific nutrition supplement strategy plays an important role in improving the performance of basketball players,tolerating high-intensity training,preventing sports injury and accelerating physical recovery.In this paper,through the analysis of the characteristics of basketball and energy metabolism,the research progress in this field at home and abroad is summarized,and it is believed that basketball players should adhere to a comprehensive and balanced diet with high carbohydrate as the main factor.On this basis,sports nutrition supplements are applied purposefully to provide reference for coaches and basketball players.
