摘要
对大鼠进行力竭性跑台运动的实验研究,测定大鼠红细胞Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性与红细胞免疫功能的变化情况。结果表明力竭性跑台运动引起大鼠红细胞Na+-K+-ATP酶活性与红细胞免疫功能显著下降,两者具有显著的相关性。
This study tested the change of enzyme activity of Na+-K+-ATP and immunity function of red cell of rats in exhaustive exercise. The results indicated that exhaustive exercise caused the enzyme activity of Na+-K+-ATP and immunity function of red cell of rats decline significantly and they had significant correlation.
