初中生责任意识项目式培育的困境与路径——以“勇担社会责任”为例

摘要 项目式培育着力指向学习的本质,初中思政课教师运用其理念和方法进行学生责任意识培养,能助力初中生更加明确责任认知、培养责任担当和落实责任行为。然而,项目式培育在实际运用中还存在着重课堂教学讲授,轻学生学习实践;重教师项目主导,轻学生主体参与;重方法创新应用,轻过程有机整合;重传统评价思维,轻多元评价设计的困境。这在一定程度上阻碍了初中生责任意识的良善发展。研究认为:要优化初中生责任意识项目式培育,教师需要强化整体认知,提升项目式培育素养;设计驱动性问题,激发学生参与兴趣;聚焦核心要素,推动项目式培育落实;建构多元评价,促进项目式培育深化。 Project-based cultivation points to the essence of learning.Junior high school ideological and political teachers adopt the concept and method of project-based cultivation in cultivating students′sense of responsibility can help junior high school students to be clearer about their responsibilities,cultivate their responsibilities,implement their behaviors and promote the cultivation of students′core literacy.However,in practical application,there are still some problems,such as emphasizing classroom teaching and neglecting students′learning practice,attaching importance to the teacher′s project leading,and negleting the student′s main participation,emphasizing innovative application of methods and lighting on organic integration of processes,emphasizing on traditional evaluation thinking and lighting on multiple evaluation design.To some extent,this hinders the good development of junior high school students′sense of responsibility.The research holds that in order to optimize the project-based cultivation of junior high school students′sense of responsibility,teachers need to strengthen overall cognition and improve project-based cultivation literacy,design driving questions to stimulate students′interest in participation,focus on the core elements and promote the implementation of project-based cultivation and construct multiple evaluation to promote the deepening of project-based cultivation.
