摘要
目的 探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者疾病应对在健康素养与生活质量之间的中介效应。方法 选取江门市中心医院住院妇科恶性肿瘤患者302例,采用一般资料问卷、慢性病患者健康素养量表、医学应对方式问卷、癌症患者生命质量测定量表进行横断面调查,运用结构方程模型分析各因素之间的关系。结果 妇科恶性肿瘤患者健康素养得分(92.82±16.01)分,生活质量得分(63.65±18.65)分,疾病应对得分(44.19±5.05)分。健康素养、疾病应对、生活质量各维度均相关(P<0.01)。结构方程模型显示:疾病应对在健康素养与生活质量的关系中起部分中介效应为0.412,占总效应的50.68%。结论 疾病应对在健康素养与生活质量之间起中介作用,为针对性提高妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量提供临床依据。
Objective To investigate the mediating effect of disease coping on health literacy and quality of life in patients with gynecological malignancies.Methods A total of 302 patients with gynecological malignancies were selected from Jiangmen Central Hospital.General data questionnaire,and health literacy Scale for chronic disease patients,medical coping style questionnaire and quality of life scale for cancer patients were used to conduct cross-sectional investigation,and structural equation model was used to analyze the relationship among the factors.Results The scores of health literacy,quality of life and disease coping were(92.82±16.01),(63.65±18.65)and(44.19±5.05)respectively.All dimensions of health literacy,disease coping and quality of life were correlated(P<0.01).The structural equation model showed that disease coping had a partial mediating effect of 0.412 on the relationship between health literacy and quality of life,accounting for 50.68%of the total effect.Conclusion Disease coping plays a mediating role between health literacy and quality of life,and provides clinical basis for improving quality of life in gynecological malignant tumor patients.
