摘要
人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)是目前通过性传播最广泛的病毒之一。人类感染HPV轻则可自愈,重则会导致宫颈癌等疾病,严重危害人类健康,而疫苗是预防宫颈癌最有效的武器。本文对HPV的病毒学特征及HPV疫苗的研究现状,包括HPV分子生物学和流行病学研究、国内外已上市和临床阶段疫苗的研究进展作一综述,并进一步探讨新型疫苗的研发策略及新型佐剂的应用潜力,为未来研发更广谱、更高效的HPV疫苗提供参考。
Human papillomavirus(HPV)is one of the major sexually transmitted viruses circulating in human beings.Individuals contracted with HPV will develop mild symptoms and self-recovered,or proceed to malignant tumors such as cervical cancer,which poses health threaten to human society.It is well-known that a vaccine is the most effective weapon against cervical cancer.This paper reviews the virological characteristics of HPV and the research progress of HPV vaccine,including the molecular biology and epidemiology of HPV as well as the development of domestic and foreign vaccines that have been on the market and in clinical stage.Meanwhile,the development strategy for nextgeneration HPV vaccines and the potential of various novel adjuvants are discussed in order to provide a reference for the research and development of more broad and effective HPV vaccines in future.
