摘要
目的调查泸州市大学生对人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)疫苗的接种意愿并分析影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对泸州市5所高校的995名大学生进行问卷调查。结果泸州市大学生对HPV疫苗相关知识的总体知晓率为14.6%,愿意接种率为78.6%,总体接种率为3.4%。“对疫苗缺乏了解”“不认为自己会有这方面的危险”是不愿意接种疫苗的主要原因。传统媒体和社交媒体是获取相关知识的主要途径,医生或护士的推荐、医院及学校的健康教育是促进接种的主要因素。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,女性、HPV疫苗知识得分等级较高的、听说过疫苗上市的大学生更愿意接种HPV疫苗。结论泸州市大学生的HPV疫苗接种意愿较高,但对HPV疫苗的认知程度低,建议实施有针对性的健康教育干预措施。
Objective To investigate the willingness of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccine among college students in Luzhou City and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Through using stratified random sampling method,1125 college students from 5 universities in Luzhou City were selected for questionnaire survey.Results The overall awareness rate of HPV vaccine-related knowledge among college students in Luzhou City was 14.6%.The willingness rate was 78.6%.And the total vaccination rate was 3.4%."Lack of the understanding of the vaccine"and"not thinking that they are at risk in this area"were the main reasons for not being vaccinated.Traditional and social media were the main ways to obtain related knowledge.Recommendations from doctors or nurses,and health education in hospitals and schools were the main factors for vaccination promotion.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that college students who were females,with higher HPV knowledge score levels,and having heard of the listed vaccines were more likely to receive HPV vaccines.Conclusion The college students in Luzhou City have high vaccination willingness but low awareness of HPV vaccination.So it is recommended to implement targeted education intervention.
