干散货码头数字孪生系统研发及应用

摘要 随着新一代信息技术的发展,干散货码头正朝着信息化、数字化、自动化的方向转型升级。为实现干散货码头建设智能化发展,提高干散货码头的运营效率和安全性,将数字孪生技术、物联网技术、大数据等技术应用于干散货码头,构建码头三维展现。通过多视角模式、巡航方式等手段,集成视频监控,多角度展示码头运作状态以及作业运行数据,有效提升码头智能化管理水平与决策水平,实现干散货码头运营过程中的全面监测和智能化调度。数字孪生系统的研发及应用能有效地提高干散货码头的装卸效率,降低物流成本,提高安全性和可靠性,进一步推动码头发展动能由资源要素驱动向智慧创新驱动的转变。 With the development of new generation information technology,dry bulk terminal is undergoing a transformation towards informatization,digitization,and automation to enhance their capabilities.To achieve intelligent development of dry bulk terminals and enhance operational efficiency and safety,technologies such as digital twin,Internet of Things(IoT),and Big Data were applied to construct a 3D rendering of the terminal.Through multi-angle modes,cruising methods,and integrated video monitoring,the operating status and job running data of the terminal were displayed from multiple perspectives,effectively improving the level of intelligent management and decision-making of the terminal.The development and application of this system can effectively improve the loading and unloading efficiency of dry bulk terminals,reduce logistics costs,and improve safety and reliability,further promoting the transformation of the development momentum of terminals from resource-driven to smart innovation-driven.
