摘要
对于大多数小型的老港口来说,要快速提高港口的运营效率,离不开设备高效率的调度和利用,这需要对所有设备进行科学的管理和控制。本文以海门港为参照,以节约、实用、高效、先进为原则,提出了切实可行的港口设备管控一体化系统建设方案。
For most of small old ports,in order to rapidly improve the efficiency of port operations,scheduling and utilization of port various equipment with high efficiency is a must,which requires scientific scheduling and control for all equipment.Taking Haimen Port as a reference,following thrifty,practical,efficient and advanced principles and combined with advances in modern information technology,this paper proposes a realistic building program of port equipment control integration framework.
