摘要
针对港口企业的特点,通过对部分港口企业管控一体化系统进行分析,归纳了当前港口管控一体化系统所应具备的特点,并在着重提高系统的自动化水平、开放性和港口生产效率的基础上,设计了具备两级过程管理体系以及对外的管控一体化系统结构。
With regard to the characteristics of the harbor enterprises,the control integration system of some harbor enterprises was analyzed,and the characteristics that the current harbor control integration system should have were summarized.Based on the improvement of openness,automation level of the system as well as the production efficiency of harbors,a two-level process management system and the structure of foreign control integration system were designed.
