摘要
本文从干散货码头、集装箱码头和液体化工码头三个方面出发,探讨全面做好环境影响评价工作的实施要点。针对码头运营期间的研究分析,形成对环境影响的各类准确预测,以期全面加强生态监测,确保码头项目对环境的影响降到最低,并为类似项目的环境影响评价工作提供参考和借鉴。
This paper discusses the implementation points of comprehensive environmental impact assessment from three aspects:dry bulk cargo terminal,container terminals and liquid chemical terminal.Based on the analysis of the relevant contents of the wharf project,targeted pollution prevention measures are proposed.During the operation of the wharf,accurate prediction of various environmental impacts should be formed,ecological monitoring should be comprehensively strengthened,and the impact on the environment can be minimized during the implementation of the wharf project,providing reference and reference for the environmental impact assessment of similar projects.
