摘要
文中基于智慧港口运营管理、设备作业、信息系统三位一体的建设要求,结合自动化集装箱码头的作业流程,提出了一种自动化集装箱码头数字孪生系统,给出了系统整体架构、各模块功能及系统智慧决策。该数字孪生系统能够实时反映真实码头的运营情况、各设备位置及作业状态、业务和生产数据等,并投放到指定屏幕上,便于工作人员远程操控,为管理者提供了智慧决策支持。研究表明,数字孪生系统在自动化集装箱码头中的应用提高了码头可视化程度,并能为管理者迅速提供合理的智慧决策,提高了码头作业效率。
Based on the triad construction requirements on smart port operation and management,equipment operation and information system,combined with the operation process of automated container terminal,a digital twin system of automated container terminal is proposed,and the overall structure,functions of each module and intelligent decision-making of the system are introduced.The digital twin system can reflect the operation of the terminal,the position and operation status of each equipment,business and production data in real time,and display them on the designated screen,which is convenient for the staff to control remotely and provides intelligent decision support for managers.Researches show that the application of the digital twin system in the automatic container terminal can not only improve the visualization of the terminal,provide rational intelligent decision support for managers,but also improve the terminal operation efficiency.
