Digital Twin Technology and the Development of Intelligent Ships

摘要 数字孪生技术在制造业、航空航天业和医疗保健业中的广泛应用表明其在生命周期数据管理、活动过程监控等方面的潜在价值。为早日实现我国建设海洋强国、交通强国的战略目标,文章在论述数字孪生的概念、优点及各领域应用的基础上总结凝练了数字孪生技术在船舶设计制造、船舶设备健康管理、船舶数字化运营等领域的应用方式,为船舶行业的发展提供了新思路、新方法,为数字孪生技术在船舶领域的推广提供了可借鉴的方案。 The widespread use of digital twin technology in manufacturing,aerospace,and healthcare has demonstrated its potential value in lifecycle data management,activity process monitoring,and more.In order to realize our country’s strategic goal of building a maritime power and a transportation power as soon as possible,the application of digital twin technology in ship design and manufacturing is summarized and condensed,ship equipment health management,ship digital operation,etc.on the basis of discussing the concept,advantages and applications of digital twins.The application method in the field provides new ideas and new methods for the development of the shipbuilding industry,and provides a reference plan for the promotion of digital twin technology in shipbuilding field.
