摘要
为实现薄板中心数字孪生技术,根据实际应用场景进行系统方案设计,建立薄板中心数字孪生系统架构,对系统设计方案以及系统功能进行规划和分析,设计结果表明,该数字孪生系统能够在设备故障预测与健康管理、生产计划排产调度等应用场景中,减少设备故障等外部因素带来的影响,协助薄板中心管理者对薄板中心生产运营策略的快速制定,从而实现薄板中心管理和运营水平的有效提升。
The technical scheme of the digital twin system in the center of the thin plate was designed according to the actual application scenario.By establishing the digital twin system architecture of the thin plate center,the system design scheme and system function were planned and analyzed.The design results showed that the digital twin system can reduce the impact of external factors such as equipment failure prediction and health management,production planning and scheduling,and assist the manager of the thin plate center to quickly formulate the production and operation strategy so as to realize the effective improvement of the management and operation level of the thin plate center.
