摘要
在构建绿色长江船舶动态交通流智能信息服务的基础上,结合绿色长江航运的特点,从信息采集、数据传输、数据分析、智能决策等方面对长江航运智能信息服务系统的方法与关键技术进行了探讨,并对长江绿色航运的未来发展方向做出了展望。
In order to develop a dynamic ship traffic information service system for Green Yangtze River,this paper proposes and discusses the key approaches and technologies required in the areas of data collection,data transmission,data analysis and decision-making support based on the characteristics of shipping traffic in Yangtze River.An outlook to the future development of ＂Green Yangtze River＂ is also provided at the end of the paper.
