摘要 随着我国经济的发展以及科学技术水平的提升,水利工程智能化技术的应用得到社会各界的高度重视。在高拱坝无人驾驶碾压筑坝技术施工过程中,不断地探索曲线碾压、作业区域规划与碾压避障的安全措施,无人驾驶碾压技术由GPS基站、无人驾驶碾压机、通讯中继站和远程监控中心构成,具有无线局域网通讯、自主运行管理等特点,明显提高了碾压混凝土施工质量与筑坝效率,实现了水利工程的电气化、数字化、网络化、智能化。 With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of science and technology,especially in the application of intelligent technology for water conservancy projects,it has received great attention from all walks of life.The unmanned rolling dam construction technology of high arch dams is continuously explored during the construction process.Curve rolling,operation area planning and rolling obstacle avoidance safety measures are adopted.GPS base stations,unmanned roller compactors,communication relay stations and remote monitoring are used.The characteristics of the center structure,wireless local area network communication,and independent operation management have significantly improved the quality of RCC construction and the efficiency of dam construction,and realized the electrification,digitization networking,and intelligence of water conservancy projects.
