摘要
随着我国逐渐迈入深度老龄化社会,终身教育成为促进老年人实现积极老龄化的重要途径。然而,目前我国老年教育领域日益增多的老年再教育需求与“一座难求”的资源供给之间的矛盾愈演愈烈,如何科学地平衡二者之间的关系将成为老年终身教育的关键。研究基于CiteSpace的可视化计量分析系统地回顾了国内外老年教育供需错位的现状,梳理了导致现阶段老年教育供需矛盾的影响因素,并就未来如何实现老年教育有效供给提出了“健全制度建设,树立积极老年观”、“鼓励多方参与,扩大老年教育供给”、“教师配置柔性化,强化老年师资力量”、“资源共建共享,保障学习资源供给”的提质策略。这些建议旨在为我国老年教育的健康发展提供理论参考和支持。
As China gradually enters a deep aging society,lifelong education has become an important way to promote the elderly to achieve active aging.However,at present,the contradiction between the increasing demand for re-education for the elderly in the field of elderly education in China and the supply of"a hard-to-find"resources is becoming more and more intense.How to scientifically balance the relationship between the two will become the key to lifelong education for the elderly.Based on the visual measurement analysis of CiteSpace,this paper systematically reviews the current situation of the mismatch between supply and demand of elderly education at home and abroad,sorts out the influencing factors that lead to the contradiction between supply and demand of elderly education at the present stage,and puts forward some strategies to improve the effective supply of elderly education in the future,such as"improving the system construction,establishing a positive view of the elderly,""encouraging multi-party participation,expanding the supply of elderly education,""flexible allocation of teachers,strengthening the strength of elderly teachers,""integrating the advantages of resources,and ensuring the supply of learning resources."These suggestions aim to provide theoretical reference and support for the healthy development of elderly education in China.
