摘要
基于扎根理论研究方法,以湖北省两所国家优质高职院校服务教师培训项目实践为研究案例,通过数据收集和编码发现了教师培训项目供需错位、赋能成效欠佳的成因,即沟通协调不畅、组织设计不精、队伍建设不强和评价激励不力。针对问题,初步构建了高职院校服务教师培训项目机制模型。
Based on Grounded Theory,a case study is carried out on the service of teacher training programs provided by two national high-quality vocational colleges.After data collection and coding,it is revealed that the contradiction between supply and demand and the failure to empower teachers in teacher training programs are caused by inconsistent communication and coordination,inefficient design and organization,inadequate team building and insufficient incentives.To solve the problems,the mechanism for vocational colleges serving teacher training program is proposed.
