摘要
空间分析哲学关注资源布局背后的空间规律,倡导通过科学的计量方式,结合人口、经济、社会发展规律,合理规划资源的空间格局。它可用于衡量不同地区老年教育资源与老年人口数量、结构、密度之间的适配性,回应老年教育的公平与正义问题。基于此,本研究以老年教育机构作为老年教育资源的代表,选择最短距离函数表征不同类型老年教育机构的空间可达性,采用区域老年人口分布权重进行加权,建构了老年教育资源空间均衡性指数。以上海为案例地区所进行的指数分析结果发现,当前上海空间均衡性水平均值达到了0.716,处于良好的分布状态,但依然存在由中心城区向郊区逐次递减的空间差异,郊区的教育机构分布密度远低于中心城区。为促进空间均衡性的实现,研究应用ArcGIS中的叠置分析方法,测算出当前老年教育资源供给缺失地区,并结合分布现状提出了改善空间均衡性的建议,为资源合理布局提供参照。
Under the perspective of geography space analysis philosophy behind the attention resource layout space law,advocated by scientific measurement methods,combined with population,economy,social development law,the reasonable spatial pattern planning resources,can be used to measure different parts of the old education resources and aging population quantity,structure,density,the suitability between the study of resources on the space allocation fairness and justice.Based on this,the study take the shortest distance function characterization of different types of elderly education facilities spatial accessibility,the elderly population distribution weight weighted,construct the elderly education resource balance index space.Index analysis results show that the current Shanghai space average balance level reached 0.716,is in relatively good distribution condition,but there is still a successive decreasing from the city center to suburb space differences,on the outskirts of the education institutions distribution density is far lower than the city center.To promote the realization of space equilibrium,the application of ArcGIS superimposed analysis method to measure the current supply missing region,combining with the current resource distribution proposed location points,provides reference for resource reasonable layout.
