摘要
目的 探讨心理护理干预应用于椎基底动脉供血不足患者的临床效果及对负面情绪的影响.方法 选取本院2019年1月~2021年1月住院的170例椎基底动脉供血不足患者,根据随机数字表法分组(每组n=85),对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受心理护理,对比两组贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI)评分、状态特质焦虑量表(STAI)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)评分和患者满意度.结果 观察组护理后BDI评分、STAI评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组,观察组护理后FACT-G评分高于对照组,观察组患者满意度(96.47%)高于对照组(82.35%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心理护理干预可有效减轻椎基底动脉供血不足患者不良情绪,提高睡眠质量、生存质量及患者满意度.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with verte-brobasilar insufficiency and its impact on negative emotion.Methods 170 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table(n=85).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of Baker self-rating Depression scale(BDI),State trait anxiety scale(STAI),Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index(PSQI),quality of Life scale(FACT-G)and patient satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The BDI score,STAI score and PSQI score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,the FACT-G score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the patient satisfaction of the observation group(96.47%)was higher than that of the control group(82.35%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing inter-vention can effectively reduce the bad mood of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency,and improve the quality of sleep,quality of life and patient satisfaction.
