摘要
目的探讨全面护理干预在脑供血不足型头晕患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年4月至2018年10月我院收治的80例脑供血不足型头晕患者,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予全面护理干预。比较两组护理前后头晕症状积分、脑血流速、护理满意度、头晕症状缓解时间、每日睡眠增加1 h的时间以及患者投诉情况。结果研究组护理满意度,护理后头晕症状积分、脑血流速,头晕症状缓解时间、每日睡眠增加1 h的时间、患者投诉率均优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对脑供血不足型头晕患者实施全面护理干预可获得良好的治疗效果,有利于改善患者的躯体症状,提升患者的满意度,减少投诉的发生。
Objective To investigate the eff ect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral insuffi ciency dizziness.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral insuffi ciency dizziness admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The dizziness symptom score,cerebral blood fl ow rate,nursing satisfaction,dizziness symptom relief time,daily sleep increase by 1 hour and patient complaints were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The study group's nursing satisfaction,dizziness symptom score,cerebral blood fl ow rate,dizziness symptom relief time,and 1 hour increase in sleep per day,the complaint rate of patients in the study group were better than those in the control group.There was a statistically signifi cant diff erence between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with dizziness due to cerebral insuffi ciency can achieve good therapeutic eff ects,which is benefi cial to improve the physical symptoms of patients,improve patient satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of complaints.
