摘要
目的:考察童年期不幸福对大学生抑郁的影响,以及神经质人格、应激生活事件和社会支持在二者之间的作用机制。方法:整群抽取湖北省某师范类高校2017~2021年入学的17986名大一新生,采用童年期不幸福(单一题目测量)、艾森克人格问卷-神经质维度(EPQ-N)、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)和社会支持评定量表(SSRC)进行问卷调查。结果:(1)相关分析表明,童年不幸福、神经质人格、应激生活事件均与抑郁显著正相关;童年不幸福、神经质人格、应激生活事件、抑郁与社会支持之间呈显著负相关;(2)童年不幸福不仅能直接影响大学生的抑郁,还可以通过三条路径间接影响抑郁:一是神经质人格的单独中介作用;二是应激生活事件的单独中介作用;三是神经质人格→应激生活事件的链式中介作用;(3)社会支持分别调节了神经质人格、应激生活事件与抑郁的关系以及神经质人格→应激生活事件的链式中介作用。结论:童年不幸福既能直接影响大学生的抑郁水平,也能通过神经质人格和应激生活事件的简单中介及其链式中介增加大学生的抑郁风险;社会支持可以降低神经质人格、应激生活事件对抑郁的影响。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of childhood unhappiness on depression in college students and the role of neuroticism personality,stressful life events and social support.Methods:The question⁃naires including the Chinese version of the Childhood Unhappiness(single-topic measure),the Eysenck Personality Ques⁃tionnaire,the Beck Depression Inventory,the Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Checklist and the Social Support Rating Scale were administered to 17,986 freshmen students enrolled in 2017~2021.Results:(1)Correlation analysis indicated that childhood unhappiness,neurotic personality,and stressful life events were all positively associated with depression;there were significant negative associations between childhood unhappiness,neurotic personality,stressful life events,and depression to social support;(2)Childhood unhappiness affected depression through three pathways:a separate mediating effect of neurotic personality;a separate mediating effect of stressful life events;and a chain mediating effect of neurotic per⁃sonality and stressful life events.(3)Social support moderated the relationship between neuroticism personality,stressful life events and depression,and further moderated the chain mediation between childhood unhappiness and depression.Conclusion:The results of this study suggest that the relationship between childhood unhappiness and depression is influ⁃enced by the separate mediating roles of neuroticism personality and stressful life events,as well as the chain mediating role of neuroticism personality and stressful life events.At the same time,social support played an important moderating role.
