摘要
在建设制造强国背景下,高职教育基于产教融合新视角培养学生职业技能和职业精神成为现实需求,且对于智能化时代产业与社会结构优化、经济高质量发展、职业教育课程知识生成机制完善具有促进作用。基于此,文章深入剖析高职学生职业技能和精神培养改革面临的认知出现偏差、师资素养不足、产业指导不足、评价驱动不足等问题,并提出结合“融合教育”理论,优化改革方案、强化专业协同,增强师资力量、融合“订单式”培养模式,完善课程体系、多维价值渗透,优化质量评价体系等策略,以全方位提升高职学生职业素养,促使产教融合实现质的飞跃。
In the context of building a strong manufacturing country,cultivating students'vocational skills and professionalism from new perspective of industry-education integration has become a realistic demand in higher vocational education,and it contributes to optimization of the industrial and social structure in the era of intelligence,the high-quality development of the economy,and the improvement of the knowledge generation mechanism of vocational education courses.Based on this,the paper deeply analyzes the misconceptions about the reform of cultivating students’vocational skills and professionalism,weakness in teacher competence,lack of guidance from industry and weak evaluation drive.and it is suggested to base on the theory of“integrated education”,optimize the reform scheme,strengthen professional coordination,enhance teachers’competence,integrate the“order-based”cultivation mode,perfect the curriculum system,provide guidance on values from different dimensions,and optimize the quality evaluation system,in order to comprehensively improve higher vocational students’professionalism,and to promote the integration of industry and education.
