摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展和产业的快速转型升级,市场对新型技能人才的需求越来越强烈,高职院校作为职业技能人才的主要来源,目前存在学生跳槽率过高、职业忠诚度不足等现象。在当前国家力推产教融合人才培养模式的前提下应加强对高职学生职业认同感培育,对提高学生专业认同、加强职业规划和提升职业归属感有重要作用,应深化家校合作、校企合作来提高高职生的职业认同感。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid transformation and upgrading of the industry,the market demand for new skilled talents is increasingly strong.As the main source of vocational talents,higher vocational colleges have the phenomenon of high job hopping rate and insufficient professional loyalty.Under the premise of the current national promotion of industry education integration talent training mode,we should strengthen the cultivation of vocational college students’professional identity,which plays an important role in improving students’professional identity,strengthening career planning and enhancing their sense of belonging.We should deepen family school cooperation and school enterprise cooperation to improve vocational students’professional identity.
