高校学生评教存在的问题与优化策略

摘要 学生评教是高校教育质量保障体系的基本构件,是学生参与学校管理的重要途径,也是教学质量持续改进的重要措施,对提高我国高校教学质量起着推动作用。然而,近年来,学生评教越来越多地出现功能异化、功利化倾向严重、评教指标体系不科学、过程不规范、反馈机制不完善等问题,甚至出现了“师生共谋”现象,使学生评教失去了信度和效度,背离了评教的初衷。在分析这些问题的基础上,提出矫正评教目的,去功能异构化,建立科学合理、多元化的评教指标体系,规范过程,完善反馈机制等改进策略,旨在使得评教制度能切实促进教学质量的提升和学生的发展。 Student's teaching evaluation is the basic component of quality assurance system of higher education,one of the effective ways for students to participate in school management,and also an important measure for the continuous improvement of teaching quality,which plays a continue improving role in the teaching quality of colleges and universities.However,in recent years,there are some problems,such as function alienation,serious utilitarianism tendency,unscientific evaluation index system,irregular process and imperfect feedback mechanism,even"collusion between teachers and students"phenomenon appears,which results in students teaching evaluation lose its reliability and validity.Based on the analysis of these problems,this paper puts forward feasible improvement strategies,aiming at the teaching evaluating system to promote the improvement of teaching quality and the development of students.
