摘要
随着市场竞争的不断加剧,企业必须加快对用户需求变化的反应速度,建立快速响应的供应链管理体系。国家局提出推行深化卷烟营销市场化取向改革,推动营销高质量发展,这一改革的过程离不开快速响应的供应链体系提供保障。本文从烟草工业企业角度出发,从采购、生产、销售和物流四个方面探析现状和问题,并提出烟草工业企业建立快速响应供应链的措施。
With the continuous intensification of market competition,enterprises must accelerate their response to changes in user demand and establish a rapid response supply chain management system.The National Bureau proposes to deepen the market-oriented reform of cigarette marketing and promote high-quality development of marketing.This reform process cannot be separated from the guarantee provided by a rapid response supply chain system.This article analyzes the current situation and problems from the perspective of tobacco industry enterprises,including procurement,production,sales,and logistics,and proposes measures for tobacco industry enterprises to establish a rapid response supply chain.
