摘要
目前中外学者围绕供应商绩效评价体系的研究很多,但如何选择合理的评价指标以构建适应于企业发展需求的供应商评价体系仍是诸多制造企业的难题。本文就1966年以来的国内外202篇有关供应商评价的论文中提到的指标体系进行统计及对比分析,为制造企业构建供应商评价体系时的指标选取提供优选依据。同时,本文还分析现行评价体系的不足,提出在供应链及供应网络的新环境下对供应商的协同能力评价等需求,并给出解决目前评价体系缺陷的新思路和新方法。
Although there is so much specialists researching on supplier performance measurement system, how to choose reasonable evaluation and build up the supplier performance measurement system which is adapt for enterprises' developing demand is one of the most difficult problem to most manufacturing enterprises. Based on systematic review and contrast of 202 Chinese and foreign papers which doing research on supplier evaluative index system from 1966, the analysis conclusion of this paper provides reference basis for choosing index when establishes modern supplier performance measurement system. Meanwhile, this paper makes the defect analysis for current evaluation systems, and puts forward the demand of supplier collaborative ability under new environment of supply chain or supply network. This paper also suggests new thinking and new method to solve such problem showed before.
