摘要
为了完善综合运输体系,得到各运输方式合理的分配比例,用层次分析法构建货物综合运输体系,得到单个货运指标相对于总目标的权重值,并以2015—2019年福建省的货运数据为例,结合模糊评价法进行每个年度单一指标的评价。结果表明:福建省综合运输水平在2015—2019年间逐步上升,4种运输方式在货运量上达到了相对成熟的比例分配,公路占比最大,其次分别是:水路、铁路和航空。
To improve the comprehensive system of freight transport based on a rational proportion theory of the four transportation modes,an evaluation model of index system is built and the weight value of each index to overall objective is decided with AHP method. With freight data of Fujian in the period from 2015 to 2019 as samples,each index in every year is evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. According to the study results,comprehensive system of transport in Fujian is on the rise from 2015 to 2019;the freight volumes of the four transport modes are in a mature proportion: the largest is highway,and then waterway,railway and air transport is the last.
