摘要
目的研究正常雷达作业对脑力疲劳的影响,为提高雷达兵战斗力、提升雷达情报质量提供科学依据。方法选取我空军某部雷达站的45名雷达操纵员,使用量表及检查设备检测其正常作业前后警戒效率、认知情况的变化。结果本研究中的45名雷达兵与军队常模相比,症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格量表(EPQ)得分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);职业倦怠量表得分发现近一半(42.22%)的雷达兵存在职业倦怠,且服役年限较短的士兵发生职业倦怠的比例较高(占该年龄段的64.71%);与作业前相比,雷达兵作业后警戒作业绩效、划消效率及听觉连续加法测试得分均出现明显下降,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过本研究发现雷达兵在正常作业后存在脑力疲劳,其认知功能尤其是注意力及逻辑运算力出现明显下降,需引起高度重视。
Objective To investigate the impact of normal radar operations on mental fatigue,in order to provide scientific basis for improving the combat effectiveness of radar troops and improving the quality of radar intelligence.Methods 45 radar operators from a certain radar station of our air force were selected and scales and inspection equipment were adopted to detect changes in their vigilance efficiency and cognitive status before and after normal operations.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)between the 45 radar soldiers in this study and the military norm(P>0.05);The Occupational Burnout Scale found that nearly half(42.22%)of radar soldiers had occupational burnout,and soldiers with shorter service years had a higher proportion of occupational burnout(64.71%of this age group);Compared with before operation,the performance of the radar soldier's post operation warning task,cancellation efficiency,and auditory continuous addition test scores showed a significant decrease,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through this study,it is found that radar soldiers experience mental fatigue after normal operations,and their cognitive function,especially attention and logical computing power,shows a significant decrease,which requires high attention.
