摘要
目的研究高原官兵脑力疲劳的现状及其主要的影响因素,为做好个性化疗养服务保障提供参考依据。方法对2021年12月至2022年11月来某中心参与疗养的196名高原官兵,采用中文版多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、简明心境量表(BPOMS)进行调查并对数据进行统计分析。结果高原官兵中脑力疲劳的检出率为32.65%,脑力疲劳和疲劳总分中军官高于战士、城镇高于农村、非独生子女高于独生子女、高学历高于低学历、已婚高于未婚,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);脑力疲劳评分与岗位年限、PSQI总分、情绪状态总分(TMD)呈显著正相关(P<0.01),岗位年限(B=0.087,P=0.025)、睡眠质量(B=0.244,P=0.001)与情绪状态(B=0.042,P=0.002)是脑力疲劳的主要影响因素。结论高原官兵中脑力疲劳的现象普遍存在,其影响因素与其他军种官兵相比具有其自身的特点,可以通过改善睡眠,调整情绪状态达到有效预防、改善脑力疲劳的目的。
Objective To study the current status of mental fatigue and its main influencing factors in plateau officers and soldiers,and to provide reference for the guarantee of personalized recuperation service.Methods From December 2021 to November 2022,196 plateau officers and soldiers who participated in recuperation at a center were investigated by using the Chinese version of multi-dimensional fatigue inventory(MFI-20),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and brief profile of mood states(BPOMS),and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The detection rate of mental fatigue in plateau officers and soldiers was 32.65%,and the total scores of mental fatigue and fatigue were higher in officers than soldiers,higher in towns than in rural areas,higher in non-only children than only children,higher in high education than low education,and higher in married than unmarried,with difference of no statistical significance(P>0.05).Mental fatigue score was significantly positively correlated with job years,PSQI total score and TMD total score(P<0.01).Job years(B=0.087,P=0.025),sleep quality(B=0.244,P=0.001)and emotional state(B=0.042,P=0.002)were the main influencing factors of mental fatigue.Conclusion Mental fatigue is common among plateau officers and soldiers,and its influencing factors have their own characteristics compared with other military officers and soldiers.It can be effectively prevented and improved by improving sleep and adjusting emotional state.
