摘要
目的调查研究飞行人员的疲劳状况和心境状态及其相关性,为针对性做好疲劳恢复和情绪疏导提供参考依据。方法随机抽取2023年5月至9月来某中心疗养的67名飞行人员,采用中文版多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)、简明心境量表(BPOMS)进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计学处理分析。结果飞行员的体力疲劳、脑力疲劳和活动减少评分高于其他空勤人员,而动力下降评分相对较低,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);飞行员的紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱等消极情绪评分低于其他空勤人员,除了慌乱评分显著低于其他空勤人员外(P<0.05),其他差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);飞行人员的情绪状态总分(TMD)与疲劳总分呈显著正相关(P<0.01),其中紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁4个消极情绪与疲劳总分呈显著正相关(P<0.01),精力、自尊感2个积极情绪与疲劳总分之间呈显著负相关(P<0.01),慌乱评分跟动力下降呈显著正相关(P<0.05);体力疲劳和动力下降是飞行人员心境纷乱的主要影响因素(r^(2)=0.364,F=8.437,P<0.001)。结论飞行人员中存在不同程度的疲劳状态和消极情绪,心境状态与疲劳程度密切相关,针对性做好飞行人员的疲劳恢复和情绪疏导具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the fatigue state and mood state of flight personnel and their correlation,so as to provide reference for fatigue recovery and emotional relief.Methods A total of 67 flight personnel who came to a center for recuperation from May to September 2023 were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using the Chinese version of Multi-dimensional fatigue scale(MFI-20)and brief profile of mood state(BPOMS),and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of physical fatigue,mental fatigue and activity reduction of pilots were higher than those of other aircrew,while the scores of dynamic decline were relatively lower,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The scores of tension,anger,fatigue,depression,panic and other negative emotions of pilots were lower than those of other aircrew,except that the scores of panic were significantly lower than those of other aircrew(P<0.05),and the other differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total score of emotional state(TMD)was significantly positively correlated with the total score of fatigue(P<0.01),and the four negative emotions(tension,anger,fatigue and depression)were significantly positively correlated with the total score of fatigue(P<0.01),while the two positive emotions(energy and self-esteem)were significantly negatively correlated with the total score of fatigue(P<0.01).Panic score was positively correlated with motivation decrease(P<0.05).Physical fatigue and decreased motivation were the main influencing factors of mood disturbance(r^(2)=0.364,F=8.437,P<0.001).Conclusion There are different degrees of fatigue and negative emotions among flight personnel,and the mood state is closely related to the degree of fatigue,so it is of important guiding significance to do a good job in fatigue recovery and emotional guidance of flight personnel.
