摘要
星级评定是根据酒店各方服务水平和综合管理能力来确定的。基于此,本文针对星级酒店餐饮食品安全管理进行探究,旨在通过具体分析制定相应的管理措施,全面提高酒店食品安全管理质量,为酒店创造更高的经济效益。
The star rating is determined according to the service level and comprehensive management ability of the hotel.Based on this,this paper explores the food and beverage safety management of star-rated hotels,and makes corresponding management measures through specific analysis to comprehensively improve the quality of hotel food safety management and create higher economic benefits for the hotel.
