Hotels are the best choice for people to travel and solve their accommodation problems.While people choose to stay in hotels,food safety has become one of the key issues.Hotel food safety is not only related to the service experience of people staying in the hotel,but also related to people's personal health safety when they travel.In order to improve the security management of hotel food safety,this article will discuss the characteristics and influencing factors of hotel food safety,and put forward the security measures of hotel food safety,to provide effective reference for current hotel food safety management.
